"Great, okay, you sit tight" She wasn’t going to let Rose pull something right at the start of of their vacation, they worked far too hard for some relaxation time. Cassie exited their cabin on the quest for some food, as she passed some of the other carts she could feel something was a little off. On her guard she headed to the dining art. Something was up. That was for sure.
Rose puffed out a heavy breath and leaned against her seat. She turned her head to look out the window again, watching the world fly by. It was oddly relaxing, the motion of the train combined with the whirling of the countryside.
That relaxation was interrupted, however, when she breathed too hard and a twinge of pain rippled in her chest. She groaned, holding a hand to her injury; damn thing just wouldn’t leave her alone. At this point, some chocolate dessert sounded very good. It would take her mind off her injury, at least. She just hoped that Cassie got back soon.
Cassie returned to their car a few minutes later with some chocolate pudding in hand. “Hey, so the dessert carts really awesome” She didn’t want to alarm Rose that there could possibly be a situation on the train. Cassie was going to have to gauge how Rose was feeling…no use risking something if she wasn’t totally up for it. If this was just a robbery Wonder Girl could handle it. “Brought you some pudding, yum”
